When the world around you is unravelling, do not let yourself become unravelled. It is simple advice that is sometimes hard to put into practice.
The more we look at the news today (which is a reoccurring refrain) the more worried about the future we can get.
Panicking can lead to impulsive choices that may not be the best in the long run.
The best adage is to “hope for the best, yet prepare for the worst.” It is folly to always think that everything will always work out fine.
Yet you will never get anywhere when you believe that things will always go bad. The paranoid may survive but they are also quite jittery and miserable.
It is with a calm head and a practical, pragmatic approach to an increasingly uncertain future, that is, and shall always be the best approach.
As always: Keep your head up, your attitude positive, and keep moving forward!
