So, here we are another (hopefully last this winter season) blast of winter. In perfect timing winter has come back with a projected high of -20C for the day on Saturday.
To me, that is hibernate weather, as in I just hunker down, listen to the radio and stay warm. I know how to do that. It’s not all that fun, but I can do that.
If I want to use my laptop, I have to trudge off to the coffee shop to warm up and use my laptop there.
As it is too cold to even try to keep the trailer warm. I know this from experience as the furnace is running non-stop just to try to get near zero.
I will be okay, I will be fine, as it is just one weekend, and then things start to warm up to “I can do things around the trailer” weather.
I’m okay with that, I prefer warm weather, but I can do the not so cold weather.
In essence, this too shall pass, do what you have to do to get through it and keep your eye on the horizon and your focus on the future.
