I am two months and one week from being Totally Debt Free. I live for these days, the days when I get to cross off a day on the calendar.
Each time I do, I know that I am one week closer to being free, free to choose my path and chart my direction in life.
I will still need to build up my financial reserves and yes save up cash in order to move in the direction that I want to, but at least I am, or will be, able to do so.
I keep myself motivated as I do what I need to do whilst waiting until the next payday, so I can take my next step towards freedom.
Each payday I take one step forward, then wait two weeks (or so) until the next time that I can take one more step forward.
These in between days mark the passage of time. Next week will not only be payday, but also two full months until Total Debt Freedom.
That is something, something worth celebrating indeed!
