So Far, So Good

I don’t want to jinx anything, but so far the weather has been . . . and the upcoming weather looks to be . . . not all that . . . wintery.

This is the prairies, so anything can happen and one could make a lot of money taking bets on what the weather will actually be like in a week or three.

Seriously, I choose to look on the positive side of things, or I am intent on focussing on the positive side of things, so I will see the nice weather now and be happy with that.

I know that cold and hard times are coming, but I also know that the warm and wonderful times are also on their way as well. 

So, enjoy the now, look for the beauty and the good that is always around you, and just deal with the bad times that have to be dealt with (when they actually arrive).

As the old saying goes: Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. I would add: but enjoy the now.
