So, it’s dark and we’ve already hit the daytime high . . . for the weekend . . . it’s all downhill from here.
Again, it is only for a weekend and a bit into next week, this too shall pass.
I could rent a space at a campground, or, perhaps a room at a hotel, but that would be a poor use of cash, and it is just one weekend.
I will endure this and I will get through it, as this too shall pass.
I am hunkering down for my future, as I am still dedicated to having a house without wheels under it on land, and a fireplace to cosy up to when these nasty winter blasts come calling.
Until then, I have my warm blankets to keep me warm at night, and my sleeping bag on the couch to keep me warm during the day.
Not fancy, but effective. Not forever, just for now.
