Yep, that seems to be my response to the real cold . . . to wrap up in a blanket and just give it a pass.
Gone are the days where I would do naked snow angels or otherwise prove that I am braving the cold . . . nope . . . I’m done with that.
(Not unless it is necessary, then I’ll do what I have to do, what needs to be done no matter the weather or temperature.)
Having said that . . . I hate the cold and will do what I can to avoid it.
Yet, I also hate wasting cash and resources, so I will keep bundling up and find ways to stay warm without wasting cash.
All so I can get through this phase of my life and on into the next one: the homesteading process. (Where a wood-burning stove/fireplace is a necessity.)
